Worldwide Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped worldwide.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You receive an incorrect item

We will assess the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable worldwide:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once approved, place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags attached and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
